Renting an affordable home

Discussions with Milton Keynes Council has established that they would normally expect 30% of the units in any new development to be ‘affordable’.   Still Green are in discussion with a Housing Association to find a way to both financially deal with this requirement and manage it in the future.  Tenants would need to meet the Milton Keynes usual criteria for social/affordable housing, including having a connection to Milton Keynes.
