Still Green’s members come from a variety of backgrounds and we are (almost!) all over 50. Although we are all very different – some of us are still working and others retired – and have our own particular interests, what we all share is a determination to stay as independent and active as we can as we get older.
We see cohousing as a way of living in a more neighbourly and co- operative way. Our community will be actively managed by us, its residents, and give everyone the opportunity to share in the life of the community and contribute in whatever way they can.

- Now is a really exciting time to get involved with Still Green. We still have seven one- and two-bedroom flats available to reserve.
- We are particularly looking for expressions of interest in one of our ground-floor apartments which has been specifically designed to be fully accessible (M4(3)(2)a standard). It will have level access into our shared courtyard garden and to all other parts of the property. The apartment itself can be easily personalised to suit the occupant by making simple adaptations. - Prices start at £272,500 for a good size one bedroom flat (58 sq. metres). These prices include an amount towards the cost of the common house, courtyard & other facilities. They may be reviewed towards the end of this year to reflect market prices.
